All rates are double occupancy and include a hearty, gourmet breakfast.
We offer a full breakfast menu with specialty items each day; we offer fresh baked goods including our signature Pop Over. You can choose your special breakfast the night before and we will have it ready at your designated time. Breakfast is served between 8:00am and 11:00 just tell us the time that suits your schedule.
We are open all year except: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s.
Our guests have a variety of payment options including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), checks, or cash. Also for those Internet efficeanandos you can make reservations and pay through Pay Pal, go to our home page and click on reservations. All Internet reservations will be confirmed by email or phone prior to any charges on your account.
All four dressing rooms have private baths. The Cinema and Theater rooms have antique full beds, in Opera there is a queen size bed and in the Ballet room there are 2 twin beds that may be converted to a king just let us know when you reserve the room.
Reservation Policy:
Two nights or longer reservations are graciously requested for most weekends and peak foliage season the nightly rate would be $110.00.
If you can only join us for one night the rate would be $125.00.
A tax of 8 ¼% will be added to these rates.
Single occupancy deduct $10.00 from the above double occupancy rate.
We require a deposit equal to one night’s stay with your confirmed reservation balance due upon arrival. The deposit is fully refundable only if cancellation is received one week (seven days) prior to scheduled arrival date. Cancellations with less notice (including late arrivals and early departures), deposits will be refunded if the room can be re-booked.

No smoking policy except outside. Our home is very old and we would like to protect it from harm.
Children: Sorry our home design and décor is not appropriate for children 18 and under.
Pets: There
are 4 resident cats, sorry no guest pets.
